If you will not allow an unqualified or non-certified Doctor or Attorney to treat or represent you why then allow an unqualified teacher to teach you?

The number of people with insufficient qualifications or experience teaching on critical subjects has reached an amazing crescendo. The rules that once governed qualifications and certifications needed for formal or informal education are no longer respected. Easy access to copy righted materials on the world wide web has giving room for interesting developments around societies with lots of people looking to develop their career, or break out of the lower-class cadre.

These days, intangible idealization is the new standard for inspiration, motivation, education and empowerment.

These relaxed rules of assuming a title, mounting the podium or going online to promulgate or regurgitate copy-righted or unsubstantiated information is daily robbing many of basic building blocks and required processes needed to gain experience or opportunity to learn core values surrounding career or educational paths.  These days, intangible idealization is the new standard for inspiration, motivation, education and empowerment.

Interestingly, talking about the blind leading the blind makes society label you enemy of the state.

As more self-affirmed professionals happily build their base and extend their turfs, the voices of qualified professionals in critical areas such as religion, human resources, health and career developments are getting lost in the syntactic noise created by self-proclaimed “life coaches”, “career counselors”, motivational/inspirational/”transformational” speakers or “Industry experts”.

If you will not allow an unqualified or non-certified Doctor or Attorney to treat or represent you why then allow an unqualified teacher to teach you?

However, the choice and determination to pursue the right process, channels and standards for your growth and development lies with you. Here are few pointers to help you:

  1. Open yourself to new paradigms and learn to navigate a landscape in learning how to use certified persons, platforms, tools and new ways to connect with people around the world who will help you build the capability to rise above mediocre mind-sets and the propensity to rely on falsehood.
  2. Make sure every recommended career counsel, training or coaching marketed to you is going to meet your needs.
  3. Find people that have your weaknesses as strengths and connect with them. This will help you learn from their mistakes and turn your weaknesses into strengths.

If you will not allow an unqualified or non-certified Doctor or Attorney to treat or represent you why then allow an unqualified teacher to teach you?

Do whatever it takes to avoid being brainwashed with uncorroborated principles that can keep you from being productive in your business, career or academics.
